Prime Minister Balen Shah has urged proportional lawmakers to not limit themselves to specific areas, but to represent marginalized and underrepresented groups across the country. He said that their first priority should be raising issues of their groups, along with contributing to lawmaking and national development. प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन शाहले समानुपातिक सांसदहरूलाई केवल निश्चित क्षेत्रमै सीमित नरही देशभरका सीमान्तकृत तथा प्रतिनिधित्व नपाएका समुदायहरूको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न आग्रह गरेका छन्। उनले भने कि उनीहरूको पहिलो प्राथमिकता आफ्ना समूहका मुद्दाहरू उठाउनु हुनुपर्छ, साथै कानुन निर्माण र राष्ट्रिय विकासमा योगदान दिनु पनि आवश्यक छ।
