The initiative also includes public awareness campaigns to promote waste segregation at the source, ensuring that the new technology operates at maximum efficiency for a cleaner and greener environment. संघीय प्रशासनको प्रत्यक्ष रेखदेखमा राष्ट्रिय स्तरको फोहोर व्यवस्थापन प्रविधिका लागि नयाँ नीति स्वीकृत भएको छ। बालेन शाह सरकारले बढ्दो वातावरणीय चिन्ताहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्न प्रमुख शहरी केन्द्रहरूमा फोहोरबाट ऊर्जा उत्पादन गर्ने प्लान्टहरू स्थापना गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। यस नीतिले कर छुट र दीर्घकालीन सहुलियतहरू मार्फत निजी क्षेत्रको सहभागितालाई प्रोत्साहित गर्दछ। रिसाइक्लिङ्ग र विसर्जनका लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मापदण्डहरू अपनाएर, प्रशासनले नेपाललाई दिगो शहरी जीवनमा अग्रणी बनाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यस पहलमा स्रोतमा नै फोहोर वर्गीकरणलाई प्रवर्द्धन गर्न सार्वजनिक सचेतना अभियानहरू पनि समावेश छन्, जसले स्वच्छ र हरियाली वातावरणका लागि नयाँ प्रविधि अधिकतम दक्षतामा सञ्चालन हुने सुनिश्चित गर्दछ।
